At Superflex Furnitures, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy to understand the process for returning items.
1. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging materials included.
2. Initiate a Return:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@superflexfurnitures.com.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
3. Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
4. Packaging Your Return:
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if available.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
6. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective product for prompt assistance.
8. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors.
- The fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.
9. Return Status:
- You can check the status of your return by contacting our customer service team with your RA number.
