At Superflex Furnitures, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy to understand the process for returning items.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging materials included.

2. Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@superflexfurnitures.com.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

3. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

4. Packaging Your Return:

  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if available.
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

6. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective product for prompt assistance.

8. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors.
  • The fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.

9. Return Status:

  • You can check the status of your return by contacting our customer service team with your RA number.

Returns for Orders Paid with Klarna

For orders completed via Klarna, the following terms apply in addition to our standard return policy:

  1. Return Address Requirement:
    All returns must be shipped to the official Superflex Furniture return address provided in your order confirmation or on our website ( 1951 Hampshire Court, Commerce Township, Michigan 48382). Returns sent to any address other than the original address may result in delays or rejection.
  2. No Restocking Fees:
    No restocking fees will be deducted when processing returns for orders paid through Klarna. 
  3. Klarna-Specific Conditions:
    This clause applies only to orders completed using Klarna as a payment method. All other payment methods will follow the standard Superflex Furniture return policy.

By placing an order using Klarna, you acknowledge and agree to these additional return terms required by Klarna’s standard return policy.
