At Superflex Furnitures, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy to understand the process for returning items.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging materials included.

2. Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at returns@superflexfurnitures.com.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

3. Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

4. Packaging Your Return:

  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if available.
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

6. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective product for prompt assistance.

8. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors.
  • The fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.

9. Return Status:

  • You can check the status of your return by contacting our customer service team with your RA number.
